Weak signal, dropped calls, or no service? Find your device below and work through the steps in order — most reception issues resolve in the first two or three.
Apple (iPhone)
Toggle Airplane Mode. Turn it on, wait 15 seconds, then turn it off. This forces the phone to re-register with the nearest tower.
Restart your iPhone. This clears out a surprising number of radio/baseband glitches.
Check for a carrier settings update. Settings > General > About — if an update is available, you'll see a prompt to install it.
Confirm you're not in Airplane Mode or Low Data Mode unintentionally — both can look like a signal problem but are actually settings.
Check your network mode. Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Options > Voice & Data — set to 5G Auto (or LTE if 5G isn't available in your area).
Reseat the SIM (physical SIM only). Power off, remove and reinsert the SIM tray, and power back on.
Reset network settings. Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

Still Not Fixed?
Rule out your surroundings. Thick walls, metal siding, basements, elevators, and rural or mountainous areas can all weaken signal regardless of phone settings.
Check for a known outage. If everyone in your area on the same network is affected, it's likely on the carrier side rather than your phone.
Still weak or dropping calls? Contact Previ support with your general location (city/zip) and which network you're on (T-Mobile or AT&T) — we can check for coverage or provisioning issues on our end.
